Dean Stewart, the founder of The HAWK System, draws his knowledge from a wide variety of contexts. He holds Black belt in Aikido and a teaching license in Daito-ryu Aiki-Jujutsu.
Dean has spent time in Japan and parts of Europe learning about the physical and mental aspects of the Martial Arts. The HAWK System was created in 2000 to bring the philosophies and concepts to a wider audience.
